In mid-2 of 2026, the annual coffee harvest at Gao Ligong Coffee Estate officially began. This year's coffee cherries are plump and uniform, signaling another bumper harvest.

We hand-pick every cherry by hand to ensure only fully ripe, red coffee cherries are selected. Our trained pickers accurately assess ripeness, guaranteeing premium-quality raw materials.

Daily Processing

Coffee cherries are transported to the processing facility on the day of harvest for sorting, depulping, fermentation, washing, and drying to ensure freshness and quality.
